Brock turner entered a plea of not guilty to five felony counts. Police say other students told investigators that they saw turner on top of the moment outside of fraternity january 18th where both had been at a party. The one and is not a stamford student. The witnesses restrain turner until Police Arrived prosecutors say they are heroes who did the right thing.
