Is i have ever observed and i say that having observed many on the same committee. Is the fcc structured, in your vie, in a way that fits the 21st century . Guest i think so, but i do think House Commerce Committee and others have come up with reform ideas that are probably long overdue. But, you know, again, i dont im not anxious to venture into telling them how to do their job, because my job is to get along with them and to work with them and try to make the broadcasting case as well as i can on the basis of good Public Policy.
