A lawyer and former federal lawmaker, Mr. Kayode Oladele has described the recent judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court that upheld the election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as sound in law and reasoning. According to Oladele, the judgment generally has all the essential fundamentals of a good judgment.

In his opinion, which was made available to the media over the weekend, all the facts and substantive issues as pleaded by the parties were well assembled,  painstakingly examined and specifically addressed while all applicable legal principles were well articulated and applied by the Court.
