The Women of Whitworth (WoW) Project held a virtual Wellness Weekend event on 15-16 May. WoW co-founder Liz Prior and funding advisor Naomi Kenyon organised the weekend, which coincided with Mental Health Awareness Week, including lots of online taster sessions for residents: Pilates, yoga, tai chi, street dance, top tips for pain management and posture, nutritious cooking, journaling, mindfulness colouring, eco crafts and more.
