Is your California ZIP code prioritized for the COVID-19 vaccine? Interactive map shows cities', counties' Healthy Places Index

UPDATE, March 25, 4:30 p.m.:
Gov. Gavin Newsomannounced that anyone living in Quartile 1 or 2 of the Healthy Places Index could get a vaccine, regardless of age or occupation, at the provider's discretion. That includes family members accompanying people to a vaccine appointment, as supply allows. Use the lookup tools and read our original story below to see if you live in the lower two quartiles.
California announced 40% of its coronavirus vaccine supply will be allocated for ZIP codes deemed most vulnerable to the pandemic.
The doses will be spread out among 400 ZIP codes with about 8 million people eligible for shots, said Dr. Mark Ghaly, the state's health and human services secretary. The areas are considered most vulnerable based on metrics such as household income, education level, housing status and access to transportation. All those factors combined determine a ZIP code's score on the "Healthy Places Index," or its "Vaccine Equity Metric."

LONG BEACH, Calif. (CNS) -- Beginning Monday, the city of Long Beach will offer COVID-19 vaccines to anyone from age 16 to 64 who has physical or developmental disabilities.
The city received permission from the state to vaccinate the new group due to the Health and Human Services Department's success in vaccinating people in the current available phases, according to the Long Beach Press Telegram.
"We are grateful to now have the ability to start vaccinating people with disabilities," said Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia. "We are going to immediately prioritize this group for our clinics and home visits when resolved."

LONG BEACH, Calif. (CNS) -- The city of Long Beach has announced that starting next week, it will begin vaccinating residents between the ages of 16 and 64 who have physical or developmental disabilities.
The updated schedule for vaccination prioritization will take effect on Monday, and Long Beach will be one of the first jurisdictions in California to begin vaccinating people younger than 65 with disabilities.
Disabled residents can go to the Long Beach Convention Center between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. every day except Sunday to receive their vaccines. No appointment is necessary, but individuals must show documentation of a disability, such as a placard or doctor's note. They also must provide proof of Long Beach residence, including a utility bill or a driver's license.
