Avengers Infinity War saw Thanos successfully collect all six Infinity Stones. One of these was the Soul Stone found on Vormir, which required the sacrifice of his daughter Gamora. Of course, when the Marvel superheroes reversed the Mad Titan’s Snap they needed another sacrifice for the Soul Stone, which ended up being Black Widow – and it’s a popular new fan theory that argues that this is the real reason Thanos lost in Avengers Endgame.
