Marshall Municipal Utilities has announced Will Crisp as their “Employee of the Year” for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020. In nominating Crisp, Underground Facilities Director Grant Piper highlighted Crisp’s leadership and dedication during trying times related to COVID-19. Piper said Crisp completed a sewer main replacement project while understaffing caused the crew to change personnel, often on a daily basis.
