Lunch and supper time at Where Y'at Seafood Market and Restaurant on State 87 in Navarre have been busier than ever this Spring Break.  Starting at 11 a.m., the locally owned restaurant's kitchen is packed with employees boiling shrimp, frying the catch of the day and serving out piping hot plates of Cajun-inspired seafood dishes to tourists and locals alike.  But the restaurant, like many others in South Santa Rosa County, had to make a tough decision this week: to close down temporarily on Monday and Tuesday to give its overworked staff a break, since they’ve been severely understaff...
