A 66-year-old Fond du Lac resident loses his DNR privileges after multiple hunting violations, the Green Lake County District Attorney Gerise LaSpisa announced Tuesday.
The investigation into Ricky D. Zech, 66, began with a citizen call to the DNR Violation Hotline.
After his kayak capsized in the Fond du Lac River, a deer hunter was transported to a nearby hospital and treated for hypothermia.

He found two men snagging salmon using spoons and plain treble hooks. The two violators had also been found guilty of similar activities in the same year.
