Opposition MPs: Oppn MPs came with request for suspension after some lawmakers suspended: Pralhad Joshi

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi expressed the government's reluctance to suspend Members of Parliament from the Lok Sabha. However, he noted that opposition members were suspended because of their actions. As many as 146 MPs - 100 from the Lok Sabha and 46 from the Rajya Sabha - were suspended during the winter session of Parliament for unruly behaviour and carrying placards.
