Intoxicated when he was spotted throwing up on the motels steps a little after 3 00 in the morning. And police say that 15 minutes earlier miller attacked a 70 yearold man and his son at the Marriott Hotel across the street trying to enter their room. The 70yearold was knocked out cold and suffered broken bones to the face. He remains in the hospital right now, recovering. Under what is called a trauma name so it is protecting his identity. I did speak to his wife by phone today who said that the family wishes to remain anonymous because miller was so volatile and even threatened to kill them.
