RT-PCR negative certificates have been made mandatory for all travellers from Kerala and Maharashtra. MANGALURU: With Kasaragod and northern parts of Kerala recording a spike in fresh cases, the Dakshina Kannada district administration has decided to ramp up testing from 2,000 to 4,000 a day.
