Training. We started biweekly meetings with ac transit and other transit providers. I think we are starting to get dialogue and traction along looking at what their expectations are when they are arrive in terms of training, it provisions, layout of what minor tenant improvement that may happen along those lines. So, as dennis mentioned, i think this presentation will demensh on the heavy construction piece and expand a bit on monitoring or informing on what our thoughts and strategies are insureing operational readiness.
