We've seen about an 8 to 15% inimprovement as far as containment is concerned in the past 24 hours. the tubbs fire still only 60% contained. but still seeing dramatic improvements just in the past 24 hours alone. winds have generally calm down a little bit. say 2 to 5 miles per hour. some areas up to 10 miles per hour, down from the 35 to 40 miles per hour. we have just a few days ago. and then the temperatures with an onshore component. look at this. san francisco goes from 85 down to 65. los angeles from the middle 90s down to the lower 80s. the firefighters certainly going to be appreciativ...
