Lockdown lifted after shooting at NC Central residence hall, criminal investigation ongoing

According to the University police, the shooting took place around 10:15 p.m. inside Lawson Residence Hall. The university put the campus on lockdown around 10:23 p.m. and lifted it around 12:25 a.m. Wednesday.
