SPECIAL THANKS — At Thursday’s Wintersville Council meeting, Mayor Robbie Martin joined the family of the late Regina Coppa in thanking staff with Wright Traffic Control, NPL Construction Co. and Columbia Gas for the respect they paid as her funeral procession passed through their work zone.
