Sidney Torres buys half block on Tulane Avenue, to revive area near expressway
This land along the Lafitte Greenway near Jefferson Davis Parkway and Bayou St. John, acquired by developer Sidney Torres in 2015, is slated to become home to a âlifestyle centerâ that Torres is planning.
