The British Pound is edging lower after yesterday’s better-than-expected inflation report sent UK Gilt yields tumbling.
UK inflation has eased by a slower rate than anticipated in the year up to March 2023, falling by just 0.3% to 10.1% compared to the figures for February.
For March 2023, inflows into active equity funds were 31% MOM at Rs20,534 crore.
As inflation has spiked across the globe, central bankers are tightening monetary policy and are realizing the cost they must bear for their Quantitative Easing.
