Diversity in Cannes, the global film movement created by Yolanda Brinkley to promote inclusion at the Cannes Film Festival, announced the winners of the 2020 Short Film Showcase, via a virtual awards ceremony. The event, originally scheduled for May 2020, was postponed as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic.  Award-winning actress Nia Fairweather’s

 won awards for ‘Director’s Choice’ and ‘Best Score,’ as well as a nomination for ‘Best Writing’. Previously,
