Pennsylvania prosecutor say that bill cosby will face arraignment for an alleged 2004 assault on a Temple University student. Mr. Cosby is charged with aggravated sexual assault. Over two dozen women have accused cosby of sexual abuse, some dating back decades. This is the first time he has been charged. Todays charge stems from the victims account of the incident which is similar to others.
