Knowing the ingredients of a product, whether it contains allergens, or often simply what it is, can often be difficult when packaging does not communicate this effectively to them. According to research conducted by the Japan-based tech company Roland DG, many blind and partially sighted people are still dissatisfied with existing packaging.
