Canada December 15 2020 Under the Paris Agreement, Canada has committed to reducing its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 30% below 2005 levels by 2030. The first policy steps taken to meet our Paris Agreement commitment were guided by the Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change (the Pan-Canadian Framework), which was adopted in December 2016.
