Everyone seems to be buzzing about the news there is now a second coronavirus vaccine, which is said to be 9a. 5 effective against covid 19, this one is being developed by Drugs Company moderna. Both the Pfizer Vaccine and this one work in a similar way, but the companies themselves operate very differently. Loss making moderna has received nearly a billion dollars in Research Funding from the Us Government, whereas pfizer has self funded research and developed the vaccine on a purely commercial basis, standing to earn 13 billion in sales next year alone.
