MT. VERNON, Ind. (WFIE) - Indiana State Police arrested a 23-year-old Chandler man Monday after he failed to stop when a school bus had its stop arm out.
School officials say this is too common of a problem, and the confusion might be the shared turn lane in the middle.

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - The U.S. Department of Transportation is relaxing interstate rules to help states impacted by the Colonial Pipeline incident.
Ten states, including Kentucky, fall under previously declared “major disaster” declarations. This allows semi-drivers to transport overweight loads of gasoline on interstates.
It also allows those drivers to bypass federal laws on how long they can drive.
