German judge declares masks harmful, warns that mask mandates are illegal

A Weimar District Court in Germany has ruled that enforcing mask mandates, social distancing requirements and rapid Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) testing on students is harmful, and thus illegal.
Distance learning must also stop, the court decided, because it, along with the other measures, is causing physical, psychological and pedagogical harm to children, as well as infringing the rights of children and their parents.
The decision, made by judge Christian Dettmar, only applies to schools in the Weimar District, though it could eventually extend to other parts of the country with enough outcry from other parents. ....

OSHA caves to Big Pharma, says employers don't need to report covid vaccine injuries after all

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has decided to remove all reporting requirement from the provision.
OSHA had earlier noted on its website that employers would need to report all work-related injuries stemming from Wuhan Flu shots. However, the federal agency is suddenly backtracking, presumably due to political pressure from the Branch Covidians to shield large corporations from scrutiny.
In early May, the website of OSHA, which operates within the
Department of Labor (DOL), updated its website to state the following:
“If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.” ....
