PATH awards $1.2 million in "Flexible Funding" grants

Rather than our traditional annual grant cycles, this year we pivoted to Flexible Funding to provide programmatic and general operations funds to address the continuing need our community faces after enduring more than a year of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Warrenton-based PATH Foundation has awarded more than $1.2 million in “Flexible Funding” grants. The grants to 38 area organizations support missions focused on community health and vitality.
This grant cycle offered up to $75,000 in unrestricted general operating and program support for 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, with PATH focusing on organizations and populations with the greatest needs. ....

The town has committed five years to developing this plan. It is a good plan. Let’s stop spending so much time and money planning and more in the doing stage . . . . We need strategic doing.
