I had my appointment on a text from my doctors. Just before I attended Royal South Hants, a letter arrived with another date on, I ignored, had my vaccine and told the staff who agreed with me.
A week later another letter appeared Will you make an appointment for the covid vaccine ? Neighbour had the same.
We realise NHS is under pressure but surely there should be more clarity and one hand knowing what the other hand is doing?
If I d not gone for my appointment would I have got one? ....

Paramedics' access to GP records to change after Southampton man's death

The treatment of a grandad from Maybush who died following a fall would have been different had the paramedic assessing him been aware he was on medication which worsens internal bleeding, an inquest heard.
On March 16 last year, Glyndwr Williams, 74, fell and hit his head on concrete at Ridon Joinery where he worked as a handyman.
After the fall, Mr Williams – who took blood-thinning medication for high blood pressure - went to Royal South Hants Hospital.
He was seen by Mark Turner, an emergency medical practitioner with 21 years experience, who noted that Mr Williams passed the required physical and cognitive tests designed to assess brain injury and discharged him. ....
