It s been nine months since I last donned my
Globe critic s hat. Thankfully, at last, it s time to celebrate with a tankard of steaming hot punch hailing a warm welcome return to some sort of normality.
The doors have opened at the Liverpool Playhouse for their much-awaited seasonal offering.
It has been worth the wait.
