Delroy R. Johnson Delroy Roger Johnson, 85, longtime resident of Lake Nebagamon, died peacefully, Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Essentia Health-Miller Dwan Medical Center in Duluth, MN with his loving wife by his side. He was born at home in Hawthorne, WI, July 31, 1935, the son of David L. and Mabel (Lidberg) Johnson. A lifelong area resident, Delroy attended school in the Northwestern school district where he met the love of his life, Betty Ann Messany, on the school bus. He and Betty were united in marriage on February 5, 1955, at the former St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Superior and they celebrated sixty-six years of marriage before his passing. ....

Take a look: Provincetown Theater Provincetown Theater patrons will spend late June through September outdoors, in the new “Playhouse in the Parking Lot.” The season brings the theater alive after a 16-month hiatus, using a stage being set up in a fenced, park-inspired setting outside the 238 Bradford St. theater. The shows there will include two Cape Cod premieres and one American classic. ....
THERE were happy scenes at Crabwall Hall care home in Chester as hairdressers were finally allowed back into the home. Just like the rest of the country, residents had been waiting patiently for months to get their hair styled and so they were delighted to be able to book in for a long overdue cut and blow dry. Kirsty Jones, general manager at Crabwall Hall Residential Home, said: “It really has felt like Christmas today, our residents are just so delighted to be able to get a good cut and to feel like themselves again. It is wonderful to see them all so happy, we have really missed our hairdressers – it is fantastic to be able to welcome them back again.” ....
