William M. âBillâ Cleveland, 83 of Gettysburg, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Pa. Born April 17, 1937, in Gettysburg, he was the son of the late Merle and Amy Catherine (Brown) Cleveland. Bill was a 1955 graduate of Gettysburg High School and proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a well respected financial adviser and planner in Harrisburg area for many years. Bill enjoyed spending his winters at his Fort Myers, Fla., home, traveling and he was an avid bowler. Bill was predeceased by his only brother, Robert H. Cleveland. Survivors include his sister-in-law, Nadine L. Cleveland of Gettysburg and a nephew, Cliff Cleveland (Mandy) of Gettysburg. ....

Jeff was born on March 12, 1946, in Lebanon, Tn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Edwin Caplenor and Ruby Ray (McDaniel) Caplenor. He was a 1964 graduate of Castle Heights Military Academy where he was active in sports. He was captain of the basketball team. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University in 1968. While at TTU, Jeff served as an A.S.B. Senator for two years on the Student Government, as well as President of Kappa Phi Delta, a local fraternity that af?liated with Kappa Sigma National Fraternity. Amy Catherine Mills Amy Catherine Mills Amy Catherine Mills, 77, of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020. She was born in 1943 to William and Zylphia (Tipton) Philpot. On November 13, 1959 she married Ed Mills. Amy is survived by her children, Jim (Nancy) Mills, Mike (Alisa) Mills and Ruby (Tony) Gilbert, along with 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Charles Philpot and sisters, Opal Hensley and Joyce Whicker. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jimmy, H.B., and George Philpot, her sister, Carol Sue Pendleton, and sons, William Leonard Mills and Jeffery Ray Mills. Amy was a big UK fan and enjoyed watching them play. She retired in 2008 after many years of service from The Covered Bridge Health Campus.
