(“Plateau”) (TSXV:PLU | OTCQB:PLUUF) are pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition by American Lithium of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Plateau (“Plateau Shares”) by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the provisions of the
