DETROIT – With Michigan schools getting a big boost in funding but vaccination rates short of expectations, a return to a normal school year might not be as close as we’d hope.

Restaurants are looking forward to crowds and the money they bring in however, they are asking for patience from their customers.
Restaurants are having a tough time finding works to be able to serve at full capacity and not everyone has been understanding.

WINDSOR, ON (WKZO AM/FM) With Michigan residents slowing down on getting vaccinated for COVID-19, Canada is asking for some of the state’s supply.
Windsor Regional Hospital officials say their demand is higher than their supply and notes that just a mile away across the border, it’s the exact opposite. Canadian health officials are proposing using the Ambassador Bridge as a vaccine center and say they need Michigan politicians to make it happen.
COVID-19 vaccines are administered by the federal government, however, and the White House has not made any promises on giving COVID-19 shots to Canada at this time.
