Since its Jan. 15 premiere, the series has reached 8.4 million total viewers, ranked as the #1 series across all television with Girls 6-11, and the #1 live-action series on DisneyNow. The series, which premiered on Disney Channel in January, follows 12-year-old Griffin (Preston Oliver) whose family moves from Chicago to take ownership of an abandoned hotel named the Tremont in Louisiana.
