Last summer, Saturday Night in the City was held in downtown Harrisburg to help restaurants. Several streets including North Second Street were temporarily closed for outdoor dining.

Almost a week since Pennsylvania loosened COVID-19 restrictions for the hospitality industry, Angelo Karagiannis said more people have been patronizing his North Second Street bar, especially at night.
It’s a trend he said will likely continue this weekend along Harrisburg’s Restaurant Row as well as suburban establishments. After all, it’s the first full weekend operating under the new restrictions, the most relaxed rules in over a year. ....
