The Annual Action Plan details has more than 80 specific goals with target completion dates.
All Councils are required to prepare and adopt a four-year Council Plan by 31 October in the year following a general election.
Cr Gstrein said the plan showed where the Council and community will be in 2026.
“This Council Plan focuses on issues that are important to our residents,” she said.
“Our mission is to foster opportunities, celebrate our identity and lifestyle, and provide high quality and responsive services.

Sisters of the University of Georgiaâs chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma said they joined the non-Panhellenic Council service sorority to reap all the benefits of traditional sorority membership with fewer of what they considered drawbacks: pricey dues, group in-fighting and discriminatory selection processes.
In February, some members said they started experiencing some of the downsides they joined Gamma Sigma Sigma to avoid.
After a tweet about a memberâs racist blog post went viral, the organization fractured. Over the month, many general members of the chapter and all but one member of the chapterâs executive board resigned. A group of departing members has since founded a separate service society. ....

Australia’s medicine and therapeutic regulatory agency on Thursday revealed it launched an investigation into the deaths of two Australians after they were vaccinated for the coronavirus.
Authorities from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) will investigate any links the vaccine could have had to the deaths of the men in New South Wales.
