India makes future coal import disclosures mandatory

India has made it mandatory for coal importers to disclose future shipments, in a move seen as tightening screening to curb imports to protect domestic producers.

Importers of coking coal, steam coal and bituminous coal would have to gain a permit ahead of deliveries, the commerce and industry ministry said on Wednesday.
The Coal Import Monitoring System (CIMS) shall require importers to submit advance information in an online system for import of items and obtain an automatic registration number, it said. ....

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - As COVID-19 vaccinations continue throughout the Tri-State, the question naturally arises of how getting or not getting vaccinated might affect the workplace.
FOX19 NOW asked employment attorney George Reul if your employer can force you to get the vaccine.
“If the employee has a sincerely held religious belief against vaccinations, or if the employee perhaps has a medical condition or disability that might make it more dangerous for them to take a vaccine, an employer might not be able to require that employee to take the vaccine and would be required to consider reasonable accommodations for that employee,” he said. ....
