Closing date for TAMS tranche 21 approaching fast

Advisers were informed at a recent Department of Agriculture Farm Advisory Services training event that the Department’s TAMS section is awaiting approval for the go-ahead for tranche 22.
Approvals have started to commence under tranche 20 of TAMS II, which closed on 15 January 2021. Files have been sent back to local offices which will then notify applicants if they have been successful in gaining approval.
The timing is important as the deadline for tranche 21 is approaching fast on Friday 16 April.
Applicants who have not been successful under tranche 20 will be keen to receive word early so that they have the option of withdrawing their application, changing it to improve their selection criteria marking and resubmitting it. ....

The brief of the project was to design a home for a seven-member family and a place for relative get-togethers. Besides its residential uses, Bat Trang House also functions as a shop, trading the traditional ceramic products of the pottery town.

In the cultural-rich context of the village, using local materials was prioritized by the design team. Additionally, the owner was a ceramic specialist, hence VTN Architects were able to take advantage of the material. Ceramic has its own rough aesthetic and high durability, which was suitable for the exterior skin of the building. The entire façade of the design was made purely out of ceramic bricks. The bricks were individually made to size to create the alternating rhythm, opening up in some spaces while closing in others. The small gaps created by the bricks placement act as vents, circulating the air throughout the building. Whereas the big openings of the façade situated sizable greenerie ....

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield completes the disposal of the Village 3, 4 and 6 office buildings
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) today announces the completion of the disposals of the Village 3, 4 and 6 office buildings, located in La Défense (Paris region) to French institutional investors. Agreements for the disposals were signed in December 2020.
Village 3 was sold to an institutional fund managed by La Française Real Estate Managers on March 4, 2021.
Village 4 and 6 were sold to institutional funds managed by Perial AM on March 17, 2021.
The total Net Disposal Price
1 of both transactions is €213 Mn. With these transactions, and the completion of the SHiFT disposal earlier this year, €0.8 Bn of the €4 Bn European asset disposal programme has been completed. ....
