A Bench led by Chief Justice of India Sharad A. Bobde said the court would take up the case again for hearing on the Monday after a fortnight.
The court disagreed when one of the lawyers said the case should slip into a limbo.
“How can it be in limbo when we are seized of it,” Chief Justice Bobde asked.

New Delhi: A staffer at Kannur International Airport Limited was allegedly dismissed from service for his Facebook post critical of the Kerala government.
In his post, KL Ramesh had criticized Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan after which Kannur International Airport Limited Managing Director V Thulasidas has issued a termination order to Ramesh, who was working as superintendent of the Fire and Rescue wing at Kannur International Airport.
