Iris launches OOH campaign for the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series
Samsung UK has launched a nationwide OOH campaign, developed by Iris, celebrating the activities we’ll soon be able to do again now that lockdown restrictions are easing. The campaign aims to raise awareness of its flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series via high impact and high reach large format OOH takeovers.
‘Again but this time’ shines a light on aspects of life people will soon be able to rediscover as lockdown restrictions gradually lift. Striking imagery shows Brits getting back to moments they loved but perhaps took for granted prior to lockdown. ‘Jab jab hook again’ is about getting back to exercise classes that aren’t in a muddy field. ‘Proper weekends again’ celebrates the joy of friendship, via the banter of five-a-side. And ‘Butterflies again’ captures the anticipation of dating – IRL – for the first time in months. A total of si ....

Cyberpunk Open World LOW-FI Announced for Next-Gen PSVR on PS5

Cyberpunk Open World LOW-FI Announced for Next-Gen PSVR on PS5

LOW-FI has an interesting history. The virtual reality open world was announced for PlayStation 5 last summer, with references to next-gen PSVR on its Kickstarter page. Of course, at the time, Sony hadn’t outlined its intent to release a new headset – we even contacted the developer, IRIS, and it confirmed to us that it had “no plans for PS4”. However, when it was revealed that PS5 would treat the original PSVR as a “legacy” peripheral, the project went cold.
Now, fresh from the reveal of PS5’s next-gen headset, the title is back. As part of a brand-new trailer, the cyberpunk-style sandbox has been reannounced for PlayStation – and it’s looking pretty good. The pitch here is that you’re a waster in a futuristic world, where much of the population has switched to living inside a simulation. You’ll primarily work as a police officer, but you’ll be free to do pretty much whatever ....

RIDGEFIELD Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s Giving Day set a record this year in online donations, coming in a year when nonprofits are especially in need due to COVID.
This year’s Giving Day raised more than $2.25 million from more than 14,800 donors. That money benefits the nearly 400 organizations that participated, including some in Ridgefield.
“While the pandemic made it impossible for nonprofits to raise funds in traditional in-person events, thousands responded to the call on Fairfield County’s Giving Day, contributing critical funds at a critical time for hundreds of local nonprofits,” said Juanita James, the foundation’s president and CEO. “The Community Foundation is honored to help make this truly momentous day of compassi ....
