(Nasdaq: BLUE) announced today that based on the analyses completed to date, it is very unlikely the Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reaction (SUSAR) of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) reported in its Phase 1/2 (HGB-206) study of LentiGlobin gene therapy for sickle cell disease (SCD) (bb1111) was related to the BB305 lentiviral vector (LVV).

The historic Fort Beaufort Museum was gutted by fire during the early hours of Wednesday.
And while the cause of the fire is unknown, the department of sport, recreation, arts and culture believes it was an act of vandalism or theft.
Established in the early 1800s, the museum boasted a comprehensive collection of both military and domestic artefacts, reflecting various eras as far back as the 1820s.
Department spokesperson Andile Nduna said the cause of the fire was unknown. ....
