Parents have issued a warning about the danger of hanging artwork near cots after a mother shared a photo of her daughter s nursery online.
The image posted to the Australian Facebook group, Kmart Home Decor and Hacks, shows a neatly decorated room with white furniture, a grey rug and a large floral canvas hanging above a cot.
Many were quick to point out the child could easily pull the painting down on top of herself once she grows older. I don t want to be a negative Nancy, but I highly recommend you move that picture to a different wall. That s just a disaster waiting to happen, one woman wrote.
