CALGARY, Alberta, April 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) News Release – As previously indicated, TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TC Energy or the Company) will redeem its issued and outstanding Cumulative Redeemable Minimum Rate Reset First Preferred Shares, Series 13 (Series 13 Shares) (TSX:TRP.PR.J) on May 31, 2021 (Redemption Date) at a price equal to $25.00 per share (Redemption Price) and provided notice today to the sole registered holder of the Series 13 Shares in accordance with their terms.
Subject to board approval, the Company expects to declare a final quarterly dividend of $0.34375 per Series 13 Share, for the period up to but excluding May 31, 2021, payable on May 31, 2021 to shareholders of record on May 17, 2021. Pfizer says their COVID-19 vaccine protection lasts at least 6 months

NEW YORK - Pfizer and BioNTech announced Thursday their COVID-19 vaccine lasts a minimum of six months in defending against the virus after the second dose, as revealed in their Phase 3 clinical trial.
CNN reported Pfizer and BioNTech said, The vaccine was 100% effective against severe disease as defined by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and 95.3% effective against severe COVID-19 as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
CNN added the companies said the vaccine protects entirely against the South African COVID-19 variant,Â B.1.351.Â
Previously, it was reported the Pfizer vaccine s protection was effective a minimum of 90 days.Â ....
