ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - This is the last week of Autism Awareness Month. Autism Spectrum Disorder is a developmental disability that can show itself very differently in individual people.
People on the spectrum tend to have issues understanding social cues.
The CDC describes people with autism ranging from very “gifted to severely challenged.”

DOUGLAS, Ga. (WALB) - Coffee County now has a new elections supervisor. The former supervisor resigned “in lieu of termination.”
James Barnes is now the new elections supervisor. He told

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Boys & Girls Club in Albany is demolishing an unsafe and unsightly concession stand on its property. It was damaged by storms in 2017.
