Water and Light a focus at Littleton deliberative session February 11, 2021LITTLETON Despite a dramatic start to last Thursday s deliberative session, residents passed the proposed $10,285,000 municipal budget unchallenged. However, a warrant article about the Littleton Water and Light Department s operating budget drew extended dialogue from voters.
