Q Holding taps Mauricio Arellano as next CEO Rubber & Plastics News Staff Mauricio Arellano PEPPER PIKE, Ohio Q Holding Co. has chosen its next company leader from within, naming three-year company veteran Mauricio Arellano as CEO Feb. 8. Arellano succeeds Thomas J. Hook in the top position for Q, a supplier of silicone solutions for medical devices, electrical connector seals and insulators. Hook will remain with Q as a non-executive director. Mauricio brings a wealth of operational and leadership experience, Richard Relyea, partner at the London-based private equity firm 3i Group, said in a statement.
