The Heart duo stormed back on the scene just before the pandemic reuniting for a tour, and since then Ann has release her latest solo album The Hammer. Nancy however has never released a solo effort, until now. The album You and Me drops tomorrow, but this morning she posted the entire album to stream on Youtube.
