Savex Technologies to buy Inflow Technologies for an undisclosed sum May 07, 2021 × Inflow Technologies, a niche player in the IT infrastructure distribution services market in India and South Asia, has revenues of about $350 million (about ₹2,586 crore) Mumbai-headquartered Savex Technologies, India’s third largest Information and Communication Technology (ICT) distributor, has signed an agreement to acquire Bengaluru-based Inflow Technologies Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed sum. Under the contours of the deal, Savex will immediately acquire a significant majority in Inflow Technologies and the remaining stake will be acquired over the next two years. Following the deal, revenues of Savex Technologies’, which competes with companies such as Redington India and Ingram Micro, will immediately rise to about $3 billion from $2.5 billion.

The observation was made in response to submissions made by Senior Counsel AM Singhvi, in the plea challenging Karnataka High Court's order quashing a Government's order handing over management of management of Mahabaleshwar temple to Ramchandrapura Math. During the hearing, Dr Singhvi appearing for petitioner made an argument based on the Advocate General's opinion. To this the CJI responded stating that "What is value of opinion of an Advocate General when we are considering an inquiry?"
Share This - x Supreme Court has on Tuesday reserved its order in plea filed seeking protection for Great Indian Bustard from transmission lines in States of Rajasthan and Gujarat. A three-judge Bench of CJI Bobde, Justice Bopanna and Justice Ramasubramanian concluded hearing the arguments of all parties regarding under grounding of low and high voltage transmission lines to protect Great Indian Bustards which is an endangered species. The Court had previously observed that it can consider directing under-grounding of the low voltage transmission lines in states of Rajasthan and Gujarat, and installation of Bird diverters in case of High transmission lines, for protection of the Great Indian Bustard.
