Fourth Quarter 2020 Financial and Operational Highlights
Total revenues were RMB54.6 million (US$8.4 million), on par with RMB54.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2019. Revenues from air mobility solutions were RMB33.4 million (US$5.1 million), reflecting a 10.1% decrease year over year mainly due to the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic in China in the fourth quarter and its impact on tourism industry customers. ....

EHang has reported that the Civil Aviation Authority of Austria issued a trial flight permit for the EH216 passenger-grade AAV. The permit allows trial operation of full unmanned flights in Austrian national airspace. This is the first flight permit for EHang’s passenger-grade AAVs within the European Union.

China’s EHang Self-Flying Vehicles Set for Take Off in Austria

EHang has obtained an Austrian trial flight permit for its flagship passenger-grade autonomous aerial vehicle, in the latest step towards its goal of rolling out urban air mobility service worldwide.
The permit, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Austria last week, allows EHang to conduct trial operations of completely pilotless flights in the European Union member state for its EHang 216, according to a company statement released on Monday.
Getting the Austrian permit will also support EHang’s growth in Europe by showing the benefits of its urban air mobility service to local regulators, customers and partners, the company said. ....
