ALBUQUERQUE – Economic Development Department Cabinet Secretary Alicia J. Keyes announced Tuesday that Bueno Foods has been awarded economic assistance to expand storage and manufacturing capacity and better distribute New Mexico chiles and food products throughout the United States.
The expansion for Bueno Foods will be on its property at 2001 4th St SW in Albuquerque and will include a new 25,000-square-foot freezer warehouse for its manufacturing campus. The $10 million project is expected to begin in early summer of 2021.

ALBUQUERQUE “Build with Robots”, an Albuquerque company designing and manufacturing smart robots to disinfect and sanitize large areas, such as schools and airports, has been awarded a State of New Mexico economic development grant to expand its workforce and ramp up production, Cabinet Secretary Alicia J. Keyes announced Friday.

SANTA FE – Three high-tech New Mexico companies will receive New Mexico Small Business Innovation Research (NMSBIR) Grants to help their businesses thrive, announced New Mexico Economic Development Department (EDD) Cabinet Secretary Alicia J. Keyes.
The three companies receiving awards for this round of the grant are: UbiQD in Los Alamos; Mesa Photonics in Santa Fe. Each of these companies is developing technology that will greatly benefit mankind and are contributing to New Mexico’s status as a leader in the fields of science and technology.
