This budget has produced the biggest deficit since World War II and the largest national debt ever. But it is a disappointing budget. Following 6-month extension, Wilmington detox facility's time is up

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The Harbor, Wilmingtonâs only state-funded detox facility, is at the end of a six-month extension, and weâre being told the facility will not be able to continue offering services.
Back in August, the facility announced it would be closing its doors due to the transfer of its property by New Hanover County to NHRMC.
The facility was originally supposed to close in October but a last-minute change of plans allowed RHA Health Services, the operator of the facility, to continue. ....
